When I was growing up my mom always had a great big roaster that she used for all of our big family meals and holiday dinners. She’d cook her turkey in it or a big juicy roast surrounded by vegetables and potatoes. I can remember many a delicious supper that started in that great big pot. Owning a big roasting pot has become a bit of a tradition in our family. Every time one of us would move out and get our own place, my mom would buy us a Classic Oval Covered Roaster of our very own.
