The Round Paula Deen Cast Iron Casserole Pot
I really enjoy watching Paula Deen on TV, especially her warm personality and Southern cooking style. One by one I’d like to eventually make many of her recipes, especially her top ten – like the delicious Grandmother’s Sour Cream Pound Cake or the yummy Baked French Toast Casserole. She also has a lot of great information on her website including kid-friendly recipes, kitchen tips, conversion tables, and more. Having read a lot about her I find her to be a pretty neat lady. So when I heard she was coming out with her own cookware line I was pretty excited. I own a few of her pieces now including my favorite Paula Deen Enamel Cast Iron Round Casserole Pot.
What can I say, I love this pot! I use it for cooking everything from soups to stews to sauces and more. I have always like having cast iron cookware because it’s very durable and it heats very evenly. It’s 3.5 quart capacity is a perfect size for my family and the two-toned porcelain enamel finish is very attractive too. The handles are nice and sturdy, make the pot easy to manage when I’m moving it on the stove top. I haven’t been very happy with this purchase and I highly recommend this red casserole pot for anyone ready to add some new quality cookware to their kitchen.
